  • At the age of 47 and feeling very hormonal, Chloe came into my life at the right time. I feel like it’s been one of the most positive changes I’ve ever felt. I work full time running my own business, juggling three kids, a dog, I am a part time cleaner and also trying to run a happy home. I always believed I was doing right by diet and fitness but then forever feeling tired, worn out, bloated, emotional and always very tearful. Headaches started and my monthly cycle became more regular every 2 weeks. My periods were also very heavy now which would cause a lot of emotional stress. I was recommended to Chloe by a colleague at work and I have to say she has changed my life with her guidance of an easy balanced diet and we also changed when and what I ate. By doing this I no longer felt tired throughout the day and now do not need my afternoon nap. My bloating has completely gone and I go to the toilet daily which before I was lucky if I went once a week. Chloe advised that I change all my products that I clean with. This meant that I was now using just one product and the money I saved there I invested into cleaner skincare which I was recommended by Chloe. With all of these changes, within 5 weeks all of my symptoms stopped. My monthly cycle is now very regular and controlled. I’ve learnt so much over the past few months. The stress I was putting my body through I have been completely shocked about and my life now is a lot happier. I feel a lot fuller and I’m enjoying the new me.   • I reached out to Chloe for some help. My first initial thoughts was to help with aid of weight loss but also to help with my thyroid disease. She gave me ideas and put me on a meal plan & what foods to avoid while also helping me achieve my weight loss goal I had in mind. I’ve had great results and no longer feel tired like I use to or bloated. Cutting out certain foods was great for me & Chloe really helped with that, she would check in on my weekly and see how I was getting on and also adapt the plan if she needed to. Chloe also understood I had a busy life working with two children, I worked evenings two days a week and the kids have hobbies so time wasn’t always on my side. She made meals for me that work around my busy life timescale. She made sure that she was working around me so the plan was personal and not just a generic meal plan.   • Since my journey with Chloe I have been so happy the results. I used to struggle with stomach pains everyday and I would sit on the toilet for hours a day in so much pain. I no longer have any stomach pains and my toilet troubles have been resolved. I also struggled with fatigue after work and would always have to nap, however now I feel energised after work and do not ever feel the need to nap. This has made such a difference to my everyday routine and I feel like I have hours of my life back.

  • Before my progamme, I was concerned about my weight, I was gaining weight very quick but only around my belly. I am very active at work and I do lots of sports so this gain worried me. I have a very limited pallet when it comes to food so I thought there was no hope. Chloe changed my diet and found ways to get around my weird eating habits and I am now eating foods which I never thought that I could.   • I came to chloe after my blood test at my doctors shown I was prediabetic and my cholesterol and blood pressure was very high. The doctors advised me to take medication for this which I did but had to stop because it was giving me very bad pains in my leg and I was not able to walk. I was recommended to Chloe and I had the health kickstart session. Chloe changed my breakfast and lunch. We worked out that in my breakfast alone I was having 16 teaspoons of sugar. I was horrified as I thought my breakfast was already fairly healthy. After 3 months I went back to the doctors to have another blood test and I am now no longer diabetic and my cholesterol and blood pressure has lowered. I am so happy, I feel better in myself and I have also lost weight.

  • I came to Chloe with really low mood, no energy, constipation and lack of motivation. Chloe helped me introduce new foods into my meals over a period of weeks which helped to slowly bring my mood back up.
